We are happy to announce our office is now fully open for new and returning patients and your medical and surgical eye care needs. To help ensure the safety of our patients and staff during this unprecedented time, you will notice several changes in our effort to maximize our mitigation efforts which include:
- Operating at a reduced capacity to limit the number of patients in the office at any given moment
- A sign in process over the phone to limit your time in the waiting areas
- Checking temperature on everyone, patients and staff, prior to them coming inside the office
- A pre-office telephone interview when possible
- Asking that patients come by themselves unless you require assistance
- Asking that all patients wear a mask and use our provided hand sanitizer while in the office
- Wiping down all exam rooms and waiting area chairs between each patient
In addition, if you have
- Cold, flu-like symptoms, fever, headache, or any change in health status
- Traveled either domestically or internationally within the last 14 days
- Been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days
We ask that you inform our staff and let your public health department know.
