Dear Dr. Spigelman, I just wanted to let you know how much I truly appreciated the time and care you took to see and treat me and my eye injury when I got the hand sanitizer burn. It’s not every day you come across someone who is willing to go the extra mile and afford a patient their attention after hours or on their day off. I honestly believe that if it weren’t for your consideration and generous contribution of your time, I would have had a much more complicated recovery or, even worse may not have healed at all. As it turns out, my eye is all better and I believe the vision has returned to what it was before my injury. You’re a stand-out in the crowd and I will highly recommend you to anyone I can.
