Hi, my name is Toni and I originally came to see Dr. Grey because of a diabetic issue and concern over my eyes. He treated me for several years, and then we started talking about a cataract surgery. I had three concerns basically before I did the cataract surgery: first, of course, is the safety issue, then pain, and finally good customer service—just feeling like I was being taken care of. I have to say, I’m giving them a 10 on all three accounts. The operation was painless, they were very diligent—Dr. Grey was very diligent with me—and I felt taken care of really from the cradle to the grave. My vision has vastly improved; I would say the analogy would be going from watching regular TV to HDTV. Things are brighter, they’re clearer, and I don’t need glasses anymore. So thank you, Dr. Grey.
