Fellowship trained in refractive, cataract, and anterior segment surgery, Dr. Spigelman has been invited to lecture internationally on the subjects of laser vision correction, cataract surgery, and corneal transplantation. He served as a primary investigator into the VISX® laser platform in 1991, and was a pioneer in one of the most advanced forms of cataract surgery technology available - the ReSTOR® intraocular lens.
