Dr. Robin earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Midwestern University–Chicago College of Optometry, where she gained extensive knowledge in diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions. Wanting to continue her education, Dr. Robin completed a residency at the Lexington VA in Lexington, Kentucky, where she focused on ocular disease with an emphasis in low vision rehabilitation and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation.
